A smartphone screen displays a podcast titled "Power YAP" with hosts Nat Pearce and Cass Briscoe. The screen shows a photo of two women, one with blonde hair on the phone and the other with dark hair holding a pink microphone. The podcast has a play button, progress bar, and the duration of 1 hour, 40 minutes, and 22 seconds. The background is pastel gradient, and white wireless earbuds are placed around the phone.

YOUR PODCAST, ACTUALLY MADE

You've been saying you want to start a podcast for about eighteen months. Let's make it happen.

I work with coaches and founders to launch and produce podcasts that sound great, feel right, and - crucially - actually get made.

UNTANGLING LIFE WITH HATTIE WILLIS & ANDY AYIM

HOW IT WORKS

Clarifying your who and your why

Who is it for, what will they get from it, how does it connect to your business, and what does success actually look like for you? Not in a corporate KPI way, but in a "will this still feel worth doing in six months" way.

The technical setup

What equipment you need (probably less than you think), how to record remotely with guests, where to host it, how to get it on Spotify and Apple. All the stuff that sounds complicated until someone just tells you what to do.

Editing, show notes, and publishing

I edit episodes, write show notes and descriptions, and handle the publishing side so it actually goes out when it's supposed to. No more episodes sitting unfinished in your Dropbox.

Format and concept development

Interview show, solo episodes, co-hosted, documentary-style, filmed, audio only, short-form, long-form. There are a lot of options and the right one depends on you, your audience, and honestly how much time you realistically have. I'll help you make the call.

Recording and production

If you want me involved in the actual recording, I can be to produce and give notes on the ground. If you want to record independently and hand it over for editing and production, also fine.

Social clips and repurposing

Getting the most out of each episode - reels, quote graphics, short clips. The podcast is the long-form anchor, everything else flows from it. I can even be there when you film episode to capture that all important BTS content.

PRICING DEPENDS ON THE SCOPE OF YOUR PODCAST

WHY I’M THE RIGHT PERSON FOR YOUR POD

I actually know what I’m doing

I produce the Untangling Life podcast with Hattie Willis and Andy Ayim MBE, and have appeared on plenty of podcasts myself (as well as maybe appearing on one more very soon 👀). I also did a Film Production degree so I understand how film and sound editing work - this isn't something I picked up from a YouTube tutorial.

I bring the strategic layer

I don't just make your podcast sound good. I help you figure out what it's actually for, who it's for, and how it fits into everything else you're building - because a podcast that's just content for the sake of content is a lot of effort for not much return. Not only that, but a podcast that's genuinely useful to your audience and connected to your wider work is much more valuable than speaking for the sake of it.

I care about it not eating your life

A podcast should be something you enjoy making, not another thing on the list that fills you with dread. Together, we build it around how you actually work.
